Bio: I started my career in the Food and Beverage industry in 1986. My operational and ownership experience ranges from small independently owned stores to management in high volume full service franchise and hotel operations. Since 2005, I have been working with investors and entrepreneurs buying and selling business and real estate opportunities in the Tampa Bay area. My prior experience in operations has helped me to have a sense of urgency and plan ahead for any unforeseen issues when trying to get a deal closed. Once under contract, I have a 98% closing ratio on deals I have been involved with. Having “walked the walk” myself, I also understand the daily challenges that every business owner faces on a daily basis and always make it a point to listen to the unique needs and situations of every client.
